Return & Exchange Policy

We don’t offer returns and exchanges based on sizing issues. Other than that, if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us at hello@pawzopia.com.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item in our store in the product photos and description section. 

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If so, please let us know at hello@pawzopia.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund! 

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@pawzopia.com with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

To initiate your return/exchange, please email us at hello@pawzopia.com with photos of the wrong or damaged items. We will arrange a refund/return based on your preference. 

We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. We can refund you using the payment method you used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees and any handling charges cannot be refunded.
